SALARY: $100,000-$118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

If you are interest in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class distribution environment then our Delivery Manager role is for you. In this role you will lead a team to manage delivery processes, to ensure excellent process performance and product quality in a fast paced environment. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationship and influencing skills as well as technical skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide vision and leadership for continuous improvement through processes, selection, performance management and employee relations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Administration, Safety and Corporate Logistics to ensure efficient workflow for optimum customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Work directly with Sales team to optimize route-to-market processes that help meet Sales objectives while minimizing operational cost
  • Direct, lead, motivate and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, skill development and employee relations
  • Oversee and direct the operations area, including Warehouse and Delivery, to budget and key operational KPIs
  • Lead employees through implementations of best practices, new technology and process change to drive increased operational productivity
  • Provide support and information to management on all labor relations and employee relations issues
  • Develop annual expense and capital budgets for Delivery and Warehouse operations. Monitor expenses on a monthly basis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with business, logistics, or engineering knowledge. Master's Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in management, preferably in a beverage wholesaler
  • Willingness to relocate to other Anheuser-Busch locations in the future
  • Knowledge of best practices in delivery operations and ability to drive and implement change in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated strengths - leadership, planning, communication, analytical, complex problem-solving, and ability to influence
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations
  • Familiarity with A-B delivery logistics tools (Roadnet, Fleetloader, VIP) preferred
