- Accounting Support (40%)
- Support the accounting coordinators in their day-to-day tasks and be able to cover all positions to accommodate time off requests. Duties entail:
- Assist Sales Representatives by printing invoices and inputting orders for delivery
- Process Customer credits through VIP
- Scans documents into VIP System
- Assists in the tracking and processing of Special Events, Sample and Donation invoices
- Assists with balancing, closing and registering Sales Representatives routes to GL
- Ensure accurate books and records and proper financial controls are in place
- Requires flexibility in schedule and hours to accommodate all shifts, with the expectation of 8-hour workdays and no overtime, unless approved by supervisor
- Credit Support (40%):
- Perform billing, collection and reporting activities, meeting specific deadlines and in accordance with standard accounting and CDC procedures
- Reconciliation of 4000 retail account statements
- Follow established procedures for processing payments of $7M dollars monthly by mail and $9M monthly through Route Settlement
- Reviews and verifies data entry for completeness and accuracy
- Timely input entrees into VIP system which reflect accounting activity for specific accounting areas
- Supplier Billing and Post Supplier Payments
- Finance Support (20%)
- MBO grading and delegation of grading tasks
- Assist FP&A team on projects as needed
- Other Duties as assigned
- Position requires daily presence within CDC office
- Flexible hours based on the need to cover absences and vacations
The Other Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience with general office and /or clerical preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous accounting experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and retailers

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $49,900 - $65,500 (posting salary range) + target incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
