The Headlines:

In the role of a Digital Systems Lead you will collaborate cross functionally with Customer Service, Customer Supply, IT, Business Process teams, L&D and Supply Chain Leaders to ensure the integrity and optimization of our current digital tools. You will also:

  • Support the ongoing digital transformation agenda, executing strategic initiatives to support our Roadmap
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of supply chain tools and processes including but not limited to T-lanes, product hierarchy data, priorities, diversions, confirmations, deployment processes, and system jobs in our supply planning process
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Molson Coors' supply planning, with a keen awareness of network and system interdependencies
  • Coach and mentor the Digital Analysts team with a focus on current SAP APO and future digital supply planning tools

This role is located at our Milwaukee Corporate Office and works a Hybrid schedule.

The Responsibilities:

  • Support functional leaders’ needs in the areas of digital system maintenance, troubleshooting and systems optimization (Continuous improvement)
  • Monitoring our supply chain systems jobs to ensure effective run of our deployment process
  • Measurement and achievement of system and process health KPIs
  • Troubleshooting system and process issues driving resolution in collaboration with IT, Business Process Excellence, Learning and Development and Service and Supply
  • Documenting resolutions, ways for working, and other materials for ongoing use
  • Support change management and sustainment activities related to supply chain digital capabilities
  • Participate in and act as Subject Matter Expert for projects impacting supply planning processes


The Other Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to perform in depth investigation, compile and interpret results, and present strategies to business leaders
  • Innovative thinking and sound judgment in solving problems to pursue improvement of our current supply chain digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading conversations with business partners across various situations and levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the team
  • Expert knowledge of Molson SAP/APO/ECC platform with proven expertise on integration projects to enhance system capability's across supply chain functions
  • Strong project management and change management skills to manage and support technical SAP and Digital implementations/enhancements
  • Experience working hand-on with analytical teams with a strong approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Production Planning, IT-Business process, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or APICS, SAP certification will be a plus
  • Experience working with 09 for supply planning a plus
