SALARY: $79,200 - $108,900, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
NAZTech is the North America technical function inside Anheuser-Busch, which operates like a startup, and is responsible for building software products that are competitive advantage to our business. The organization is composed of three functional product teams which are supported by Four core capabilities, including the technical Engineering guild.
Engineering Delivery team sits at the epicenter of technology and business within NAZTech, enabling and driving product delivery. It’s the team’s objective to streamline agile processes, cultivate collaboration, improve development transparencies, and resolve technical blockers.
In this role you will leverage data-driven agile & scrum processes to connect business problems and technical solutions to build end to end products that robustly serve business needs. You will develop a deep understanding of applied agile within full-stack mobile and web app development lifecycles. You will execute in a highly iterative environment to deliver product releases. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to influence agile processes and develop technical skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Translate Business Requirements into clear Technical Designs aligned with core technical archetypes
- Facilitate technical design for features in the backlog before they can be developed, maximizing re-usability of common objectives
- Develop Delivery Plans to ensure products are delivered on-time and as per business and technical requirements
- Design delivery PODs and manage resource allocation by balancing demand (feature roadmap) versus supply (domain pod composition & team velocity).
- Facilitate sprint planning and execution to deliver the product roadmap and improve delivery transparency, through daily standups, sprint reviews, etc., enabling full team collaboration and removing blockers.
- Ensure Business Continuity through incident management and root cause analysis, ensuring products are available to end-users when needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Prior experience with Scrum/Agile ceremonies
- Experience designing and delivering technology products
- Comfort facilitating team meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast evolving environment
- Be adaptive and welcome to change
