The Headlines:
In the role of IT Organizational Change Management Partner working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Organizational Change Management Team within our Information Technology Team. This person is responsible for providing change management leadership, collaboration and execution for IT projects and IT-supported efforts within Molson Coors. In this role, you will create and implement sustainable, relevant and meaningful change management strategies, plans and deliverables to support the changes coming from the IT portfolio as well as driving adoption of these changes.
This position reports to the Manager, IT Organizational Change Management and works closely with leaders and employees at all levels in the organization. You will act as a coach for leaders in helping them fulfill the role of a change sponsor and help provide direction, support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through the necessary transitions. You will work closely with end users to ensure successful adoption, validated by outcome metrics, resulting from execution of the knowledge, ability and sustainment plans.
The Responsibilities:
- Assess the change impact: Conduct impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders across the organization, impacted by the change.
- Develop change strategy: Utilize change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required to make the project and business successful.
- Discern with care and curiosity: Filter through various sources of information, avoid premature conclusions, consider unintended consequences, make constructive decisions, and know what to let go of.
- Bring others with you: Present views in a clear and compelling manner and develop trust and influence as a thought partner.
- Execute change management activities: Apply an organizational-specific structured methodology to drive and measure leadership engagement, communication, knowledge management, training and organizational alignment.
- Lead communication efforts: Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications to all stakeholders and impacted teams.
- Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements and support the design, development and implementation of training, including knowledge, skill and capability building.
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Change Management or relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Project Management, Communication, Training & Development).
- You have at least 3 years experience in Change Management, IT Project Management, and/or Training & Development or related business management experience.
- You are a strong change management professional with significant experience executing IT project work streams for Change Management, Training and/or process improvement activities.
- You have familiarity with project management approaches (desired Agile and Waterfall), tools and phases of the project lifecycle, as well as experience with large-scale, organizational change efforts
- You are open to travel, as the role requires traveling up to 25% of the time.
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are collaborative, confident, competent, and can influence others (including a field-based audience) and move toward a common vision or goal.
- You are flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced environment going through a lot of change.
- You are organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- You can work effectively at all levels in an organization and with different regions that have different understandings and level of support for the project (internally and externally)
- You have acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, as well as cultural differences.
