SALARY: $79,200-$94,050 bonus incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Power BI Developer to join our BEES team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by gathering business requirements, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Power BI reports and dashboards. This position demands strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate whiteboarding sessions, lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to develop and document clear, comprehensive requirements and objectives from the business needs.
  • Propose solutions to meet the business requirements and objectives.
  • Listen, analyze, and ask insightful questions to fully understand business needs and context.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise requirements for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Lead training and direct business process changes.
  • Understand work stream dependencies, prioritize tasks and ensure that work is being completed on time so that the project does not fall behind schedule.
  • Develop clear and concise use cases, requirements, technical diagrams, workflow illustrations, procedural documentation, specifications, training materials and reports.
  • Manage, influence and communicate across stakeholder groups to ensure everyone is up-to-date and aligned with requirements, proposed solutions and timing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner with extreme accuracy
  • Demonstrated qualities of team-orientation, aggressive self-starting, risk averseness, ownership mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in the following technologies (SQL, Python, R, and Visual Basic)
  • Advanced Excel (including VBA), and object-oriented programming (Visual Basic, .NET).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/ Power Apps/ Power Automate)
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing technologies such as Azure and Snowflake
  • Knowledge in extracting, importing, cleaning, standardization, transforming, converting, warehousing, and validating large complex sets of data in the cloud
