The Headlines:

As the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality and food safety strategies across the Americas under the world class structure. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration, and providing quality products right the first time. You will lead the implementation of the QFS pillar across 9 large breweries, develop strategies to improve supplier and distributor processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and excellence.

This position reports to the Regional Pillar Lead and collaborates with corporate and site teams across the Americas.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional QFS pillar master plan, including strategies for continuous improvement and capability building.
  • Partner with corporate functions and site teams to integrate QFS tools and ensure alignment with production capabilities.
  • Monitor and manage performance against Quality KPIs, addressing gaps and driving resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, assessments, and training sessions to build expertise in Quality at Source and defect elimination processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to site QFS leaders, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Travel across the Americas (~50%) to support breweries, suppliers, and distributors.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM-related discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in a related field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain roles.
  • You are proficient in analytical tools like Excel and have a passion for finding innovative ways to improve processes.
  • You are skilled in Quality and Food Safety principles and have hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • You excel at building relationships, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing key stakeholders effectively.
  • You are committed to continuous learning and development and embody our core values in your work.
