The Headlines:

In the role of Procurement Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Commercial Procurement team, which supports Marketing and Sales. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for key aspects of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, cross-functional linkage and issue troubleshooting, subject matter expertise, SAP management, and data reporting.

This position reports into the Procurement Category Manager for Sales and Marketing Services and works closely with all members of the Commercial Procurement team, Marketing and Sales stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and supplier partners.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase requisitions and invoice plans as part of the P2P and PO processes, including estimate review, CPA approval, policy compliance review, approval management, and status tracking
  • Organize QBR process for the team, including survey execution, scheduling with suppliers/stakeholders and creation of result report
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Accounts Payable, Global Business Services and Treasury teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure payment timing upholds contractual obligations
  • Be a subject matter expert for Commercial Procurement and stakeholders regarding the vendor maintenance process, including answering questions and resolving issues between stakeholders and Global Vendor Team
  • Ensure supplier data is correct in SAP, deactivating suppliers as needed and working across multiple teams to ensure all open PO’s are transferred / closed
  • Facilitate weekly meetings between Commercial Procurement, Marketing Finance, and Agency Operations and ensure linkage between agency payment changes and cross-functional project work with P2P process
  • Lead SAP data exports and reporting, create and manage payment hold report for sponsorship contracts
  • Manage all Excel reporting across team for TPFV, LRP and AOP in addition to supporting dashboard updates as required.
  • Support Menu Advertising process, including statements of policy governance and updates to ways of working

The Other Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with SAP, shopping cart platforms, P2P and PO processes, Excel, PowerPoint, and Ariba
