SALARY: $151,200-$179,550, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the DIRECTOR, DIGITAL – ANHEUSER-BUSCH, you are responsible for owning strategy and execution of digital and social content across all corporate organic and digital media campaigns. You will lead communication with agency partners and internal brand leads, create social posts and activations across various channels, lead all aspects of content creation, and handle media partner relationships to deliver content in a timely manner. Looking for an individual who can leverage appropriate channels and moments to drive engagement that ultimately drive brand goals. Must be excellent at working cross functionally and adding expertise for ecommerce, website, email, data, and doer teams as well as strategically and creatively supporting national, partnership, and retail programs. Excellent communication and industry knowledge is important in order to be successful in this role.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

LEADING

  • Organic Social: Content calendar, social photo-shoots, equity and earned campaign social plan, social reporting, paid support of organic social, follower acquisition and engagement strategy
  • Social Earned: Briefing, execution, creative, reporting, rules, data forms for planned or real time social led earned moments
  • Company Websites and Newsroom: Ongoing site management and content upload, product launches, Earned campaign page builds
  • Passionate Communication: Demonstrate a passion for creative communication and value innovative approaches.
  • Real-Time Storytelling: Thrive on real-time storytelling, leveraging cultural moments to boost brand relevance and engagement. Translate business objectives into proactive, positive narratives that enhance corporate reputation.
  • Commercial Mindset: Develop and maintain a commercial mindset to connect and deliver messages with consumer empathy. Ensure communication strategies align with business objectives and drive engagement and sales within the wholesalers network.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6-8+ years experience in digital marketing or strategy, in-house or at an agency
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, media/campaign evaluation, and brand health tracking
  • Experience driving organic social and earned media campaign strategy and activations
  • Ability to strategical leverage various social channels; Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn
  • Understanding of brand messaging and content in order to lead a team of designers and give direction for content that aligns with brand goals
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Experience working with large CPG companies and/or experience working on a political campaign is helpful
  • Experience working in a digital “war room” and quickly crafting rapid response content is helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as ability to stay up to date with digital/social trends
  • Move quickly and feel comfortable leading significant announcements / projects within a large but fairly flat organization
