SALARY: $64,000 — $72,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with field supervisors and various levels of management to create a next day operations plan for delivery drivers, warehouse workers, and merchandisers
  • Regularly engage and present in meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to implement improvements toward efficient operations
  • Work autonomously as an individual or small team and take initiative to invent or innovate processes to streamline work and drive operational results
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and develop/execute action plans to close gaps
  • Work on long term strategic initiative projects in a small-to-medium sized team and present up to management regarding execution and results

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred
  • 2+ Years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
  • Experience with Roadnet Territory Planner Routing Software preferred
  • Broad understanding of wholesaler route-to-market strategies and a deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process
  • Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated strengths in project management, planning, complex problem-solving and influence
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations
  • Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities
