Description
  1. Relationship Management (70%):
    • Pre-season/pre-event preparation of venues, support during season/event and closing at the end of the season/event.
    • Build strong working relationships with venue and/or event managers; maintain communications with the customers throughout season/event
    • Forecast and order product to venues or events based on type of event and historical information. Identify trends, recommend updates/discontinued/package types with customer.
    • Daily communication with Concessions Delivery team
    • Monthly meeting with Beer Purchasing Manager to ensure proper inventories and timely deliveries are made.
    • Assist in directing event staff, including both CDC employees performing secondary jobs as well as contingent workers.
      1. Includes partnering with Concessions/Special Events to assist in directing both location and duties of these employees and contingent workers, pre-event, during event and post-event.
      2. Act as go-to for questions and direction during events and event-prep
  1. Sales Execution (15%):
    • Sell in new distribution
    • Merchandises venues to include signage, neon’s and inflatables, to ensure CDC fulfills our sponsorship obligations
  1. Quality Assurance (15%):
    • Ensure quality standards of product are met for CDC brands
    • Rotate venues as needed, at a minimum, monthly.
    • Act as on-site Draft Technician for the events
    • Train contingent worker help in quality standards and troubleshooting/repair
  1. Other:
    • Support On/Off/Specialty Sales Teams as needed for specific events
    • Assist Drivers with deliveries as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

The Other Qualifications:

    • MVR must fall within the Molson Coors Pre-Employment Background Screening Guidelines.
    • Prefer valid Colorado commercial driver’s license (Class A) and current DOT physical card; successful candidates who do not have Class A license may be required to obtain
    • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Prior experience with troubleshooting and/or maintaining draft systems is preferred
    • Requires face to face contact with customers in the market as well as desk work in office
    • Must be able to work flexible schedules, particularly during summer months which may result in up to 80-hour workweeks during peak periods
    • Must maintain flexible schedule to work events at various times
    • Must be physically capable of handling and delivering up to 165 lbs. consistently on a daily basis
    • Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 consecutive hours per workday

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $66,200 - $86,900
