The Headlines:

In the role of Innovations/New Product Costing Senior Analyst located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be a member of the Supply Chain Finance team. You will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates for new products. This includes working with brewers to obtain recipes and procurement teams to gather brewing and packaging material costs. You will also work with the breweries and/or co-manufacturing locations to estimate manufacturing overhead and labor. These cost estimates are critical and will be used to determine the viability of product launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a thorough review of the inputs you receive to assure accurate product costing
  • Subject matter expert in product costing and will explain key cost inputs to the brand teams
  • You will educate your stakeholders on how costs are developed and become a valued partner
  • Support the business by making recommendations for opportunities to reduce costs
  • You will gain significant knowledge of product costing that will enable you to ask the right questions of those that you are gathering information from to assure the information is complete and accurate
  • You estimates provided timely with well documented assumptions

The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Manufacturing and product costing experience is a plus!
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You have the ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions as necessary
  • You challenge the status quo in order to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes
  • Your actions are fueled by strong customer service influence, and you demonstrated the ability to effectively influence and collaborate without formal authority
