SALARY: $125,000 - $141,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The High End Director is responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the managing of multiple distributors, aggressively growing new accounts, facilitating the growth and development of the High End/Craft beer product mix and brand value in a defined market area.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Work with RVP and CDs to regionalize our high end strategy and goals
  • Serve as liaison between the region, the brewer's collective and the high end and brand sales leadership to develop plans and drive enhanced communications of region plans.
  • Drive execution/alignment of National and Regional designated High End brand marketing/sales programs by coordinating communication, monitoring and tracking of A-B Field Sales and Wholesaler plans and execution.
  • Review priority wholesaler High End marketing plans and conduct structured market visits to drive wholesaler execution of High End market plans.
  • Conduct joint retail calls with RSD/KAMs on priority region retail accounts to drive High End distribution and retail execution.
  • Lead region efforts to enhance Region sales and wholesaler product knowledge expertise via brand training programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (MBA strongly preferred), with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience selling/brewing in the beer/wine/spirits industry.
  • Advanced understanding of High End beer/wine/spirits industry dynamics, including complete understanding of beer styles, ingredients, etc.
  • Wholesaler experience and/or wholesaler facing experience
  • Strong combination of analytical, administrative and selling skills.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint). Ability to adjust a message to the audience.
  • Ability to use data to build a sell-in story
  • Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material, and keep lines of communication open with state’s wholesaler network in order to better sell through products.
  • Ability to Put a launch plan together
