SHIFT: 3/3 Schedule with rotating day and night shifts; day shift is 5:45 am - 6:00 pm and night shift is from 6 pm - 5:45 am

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for someone to join our Temporary role at the Riverside Can Plant. If you are a motivated individual that likes to contribute in a team environment, this is a great entry level position. If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and monitor safe work habits by all plant personnel.
- Effectively and safely operate and maintain lid manufacturing equipment with a focus on plant safety, quality, production and cost goals.
- Perform quality, and housekeeping checks while managing technical processes.
- Participate in group discussions and problem solving activities as needed.
- Assist other Team Members as necessary in accomplishing tasks.
- Reinforce plant and individual Team Member standards.
- Participate in personal development through training, skill mastery and job rotation.
- Perform additional responsibilities and other tasks as assigned. Ability to assume supplementary responsibilities in the absence of the Team Members.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrate safe work habits.
- Demonstrate high standards for product quality.
- Demonstrate high standards for housekeeping.
- Must be a self starter that shows initiative.
- Demonstrate involvement and support of team activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attendance and overall work record.
- Ability to organize, schedule, and perform multiple tasks.
- Forklift experience preferred.
