HOURLY: $22.50/Hr


SHIFT:  Must be available to work all shifts on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, for 5-7 days per week. Shifts are as follows:

  • Midnights – 11PM to 7AM
  • Days – 7AM to 3PM
  • Afternoons – 3PM to 11PM
  • Midnight is a straight shift. Days & Afternoons rotate every 2 weeks
  • Some shifts may be up to 12 hours per day

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are currently hiring for multiple positions as we prepare for our busy production season ahead (May 1st-September 30th). Paid Training! Training will begin in early April. Required to attend orientation (Monday to Friday - 7:00am-3:00pm).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and operate high-speeded production equipment and/or complex brewing systems with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. 
  • Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas or other parts of the facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards. 
  • Perform process quality control checks and work on a team. 
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Reaction Plans and sanitation practices are followed at all times. 
  • Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, in order to load, unload, and/or transport packaging materials, raw materials, and finish products 
  • Operate filling and packing equipment, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment.
  • Drive a fork truck and load material and product onto trailers.
  • Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all product.
  • Maintain production safety and quality requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be willing and able to work any weekday or weekend shift (midnights, days, afternoons) for duration of Seasonal period (May 1- Sept 30). *exceptions will be made for students returning to school, please notify the scheduler at orientation.
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
  • Ability to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 pounds required.
  • Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
