The Headlines:
In the role of Procurement Analyst – POS Data working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including spend analysis, cost savings analysis, and vendor data. This role is responsible for PO creation and management as well as royalty collection. You will prioritize and implement data management process system changes.

This position reports to the Category Manager - POS Data and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

The Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis in support of procurement initiatives, such as RFPs, category strategies, supplier management, and/or Center of Excellence (COE) processes
  • Work closely with suppliers on quarterly reporting
  • Communicate, problem solve, and identify efficiencies working with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain clean and accurate data for reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure brand and distributor authorizations are accurate
  • Work with large data sets around merchandises and orders (both structured and unstructured) across multiple source systems for extraction, processing, exploration and analysis
  • Leverage enterprise tools to document merchandise and order metadata for multiple systems
  • Support Senior Director on presentations on implementation of data strategy and historical analysis

The Other Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical & creative problem-solving skills with the ability to influence
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Experience working with MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, databases, SAP and SQL
  • Strong communication and cross functional relationship skills
  • Software troubleshooting skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
